Here at Ashford Orthodontics we don’t supply “An” appliance, as everything made here is tailored to your individual needs, no matter how small or unique they may be. You can be assured that every custom made appliance that is supplied by us is started and finished by the same fully qualified G.D.C registered technician who are all members of the OTA, be it from the first wire bent to the final polish of the acrylic. Unlike various other labs where non qualified process workers are used who are only trained in specific areas of production.

We are confident we can supply almost every device which is available on today’s market, including some of our own unique ones. So from a simple plaster working model through to fully cast cobalt chrome herbst appliance, osteotomy model planning and surgical wafers. We also supply unique maxofacial prosthetics, specialising in hand painted, individually customised eyes and nipples, all of which are made in house, with no sub contracted labs used, so you can be assured of quality at every stage.

Before any appliance leaves our premises it will go through a three tier quality control check system. where each piece of work is checked by three different qualified technicians, and you can be confident if all three are not completely satisfied with the work it will not leave the lab, giving you the assurance of 100% quality and reliability every time.
