Craig joined Ashford as a director in 2005 and has over 25 years of experience working in laboratories. Craig makes the most of his free time with his partner, kids, French bulldog, playing golf, and travelling.

Dave has 31 years of experience, joining us in 2008. As part of the senior leadership team, he is responsible for production and quality control. Dave represented England at junior level in football and has been a keen cricketer for 20 years at Corbridge Cricket Club.

With us since 2009, Paul has 33 years experience. As part of the senior leadership team, he is responsible for production and training. Out of hours, Paul enjoys playing cricket, golf and spending time with his family and dogs (two very energetic Springer Spaniels!).

Layla joined Ashford in 2017 and oversees our Operations. Layla studied Environmental Biology (BSc Hons) and has a background in Resource Management and call centres. Keeping busy outside of work, Layla supports her son’s U15s football team and explores her hobby for fell walking.

Kaley has 16 year experience specialising in Management, Supply Chain and Operations with Nike. Outside of work, Kaley loves entertaining her friends and family as well as spending time with her two daughters, Ruby & Tilly.

Sarah operates as a lead point of contact for any matters specific to your account. Sarah has a background in sales and finance, with a first-class degree in Accountancy. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Kye joined Ashford in 2016 and has helped grow our digital department into the UK’s leading orthodontic digital department. Kye has a degree in Sports Development from Sunderland University. Kye is an avid football fan and loves going to gigs and music festivals!

Hannah oversees both our admin and dispatch departments to ensure all work is correct and back in time for your patient’s appointments. Hannah has a background in Sales and customer management. Outside of work, Hannah spends time with baby Harry and Milo the Pug!

Steph has 13 years orthodontic experience, and worked at Newcastle Dental Hospital for 11 years prior to joining Ashford in 2019. Steph studied Dental Technology at Edinburgh’s Telford College. Outside of work, Steph spends her time with her son, Finn.

Gary oversees the casting of all impressions and ensures the quality of every model is to standard. Gary joined Ashford in 2015 and has a background in manufacturing. In his spare time, Gary is an avid golfer and loves to walk in the lake district!

Neil joined Ashford orthodontics in 2019 as part of the Admin Team before being appointed as Business Support Analyst. He has a background in project engineering/management & was UK Service Manager for Liebherr Transportation Systems & Ko KG.
